I need help to get on my feet

I'm 23 and living on my own with my fiance. I provide the primary income for the household but lately I've been having trouble finding work that will keep up with our bills. I made the decision to attend college this fall, and my tuition is covered by the military, but we are behind on our bills and heavily in debt. Our only account is overdrawn. What I need is not handouts, but a steady job and some help consolidating my debt and getting back on my feet. Any experience in helping people like me or open jobs available would be wonderful. I don't want freebies, I want help.
